So, if you have been following along in my blogging journey, you may have noticed that I have recently taken up Debate. Well, this week I placed third in my region for Oratory, and I get to go to the state tournament in two weeks! I think I might just die of excitement from this. Anyways, since I'm probably going to be talking about Debate a lot, I thought I should give you a run-down on what the hell it is I'm going to be talking about.

Well, let's start this off by saying I think Valentine's Day is an overrated holiday because people should be able to love each other all the time, and show it, too. So, while I don't really understand why we have this day, it's a good excuse for me to do a post about love songs.

Wasatch Wipeout, Part 2 (My Adventures with the Verbal Assault Squad)...

Beginning my second fear induced adventure into the Debate/Forensics world. First off, you should know that I am a Novice, and Wasatch Wipeout is an Open (Advanced) Tournament. So, basically, I was feeling like the whole night was just going to be one huge fuster cluck.

Honestly, it wasn't that bad though. I didn't die of anxiety or asthma, and I didn't break down crying every time I gave my speech, because this time it wasn't about the sad parts of life. This Oratory was about one of my true loves, music.
